Trisha Downfall

Whenever a star heroine is at the peak of her career she demands nothing less than 1 crore per film with extra perks. This phase was experienced by Trisha for a long time. But today it is heard that this petite beauty from Chennai is gearing up to do a film for a mere twenty lakhs. Apparently, Trisha is making her debut in Sandalwood and she would be pairing up with Puneeth Rajkumar. 

It is heard that this film happens to be the remake of the Telugu blockbuster ‘Dookudu’ and Trisha is reprising the role of Samantha. Buzz is that she has no films on hand and hence this decision. Generally the remunerations that are given for heroines in Tollywood, no other circuit in south gives it. 

And Trisha ruled the roost in both Tollywood and Kollywood for a long time. We now have to wait and see whether she will show the same ‘Dookudu’ and become the number one in Sandalwood also. 

Deepika Shoked..

There is no doubt when we say that Deepika Padukone is India’s number one heroine today and she is the queen of Bollywood. So it is natural that her demand across India is quite high and the south cinema circuits keep trying for her. But it appears that there are few things she is yet to know regarding the industry here.

This was the talk making rounds among the Tollywood media circles. They stated that they were shocked to hear her response when she came to Hyderabad recently for the promotion of her film ‘Ram-Leela’. Apparently Deepika was asked about who she would like to pair in Tollywood if she does a Telugu film. Most of the media folks expected to hear she would say Pawan Kalyan or Mahesh Babu. 

Instead, she gave a Jhalak to all taking the name of Daggubati Rana and how he is close to her. A senior journalist said “I think Deepika doesn’t really know the status of Rana here as a hero. Our eyes popped out when she took his name. Anyways, she needs some guidance and knowledge on Tollywood.”

Kajol Says No To Ram Charan

It has been a while since Kajal Agarwal has done a Telugu film and the way things are going it looks like this saucy seductress may not be doing any in the future. Mystery has surrounded this issue as no one is able to figure out whether Kajal is not liking the stories or the heroes or the remunerations but refusing all offers.

The latest we hear is that Kajal has rejected even Ram Charan. Apparently, Charan is gearing up to start shooting for his new movie under the direction of Krishna Vamsi.

Buzz is that Kajal was approached for the leading lady’s role opposite Charan. But without a second thought Kajal reportedly rejected the project despite offering highest remuneration.

It was Krishna Vamsi who gave the first break to Kajal in her career by taking her in ‘Chandamama’ but she said no to him which has shocked the entire Tollywood circle.

While it is not sure what is going on in Kajal’s mind, the team has begun hunting for a suitable replacement. 

Sunitha Stunned

Bay Area Telugu Association (BATA) Celebrated Deepavali program at Sunnyvale Hindu Temple auditorium . Ravi Tax Services was the grand sponsor for the event. The main attraction was non-stop entertainment program by tollywood singers Sunitha, Sri Krishna & team.   Actress and popular TV anchor Udaya Bhanu was the surprise guest for the event. They enthralled Bay Audience with  melodious songs, upbeat foot tapping numbers, comedy skits etc. for over 4 hours. It was an evening filled with fun, mazaa & masti and the audience thoroughly enjoyed it. 

 BATA advisor Vijaya Aasuri welcomed the audience and wished everyone a very happy & auspicious Deepavali on behalf of the BATA committee. The program started right on time at 5:30 pm with programs by  local Bay Area talented kids and youth. First performance was “Natya” by UC Berkeley students, this was co-ordinated by Manisha Eerabathini. Next to follow were dances by kids (age group 3 – 13 years) and BATA youngsters. They performed dances from popular movies songs like Eega Eega, Ammo Bapu Bommo, Kirraku, Gabber Singh Gabber Singh , Run Run, Jabilli Nuvve Cheppamma, Badshah etc. 

These dances were choreographed by Vijaya Aasuri, Sridevi Pasupuleti, Kiran Vinnakota, Rathna Pandian, Taraka Deepthi , Jyotsna Bendapudi & Siddu  Vinnakota.  BATA in association with Telugu Times recently started telugu language school  “Paatasala” in Bay Area. It received a very good response, speaking on this occasion Dr. Ramesh Konda ( Director Paatasala Bay Area),  Subba Rao Chennuri (Telugu Times) , thanked all the teachers and volunteers. Paatasala is running successfully in Sunnyvale, Fremont, San Ramon, Dublin, San Jose & Foster City. 

The program also received great support from sponsors,  Prasad Mangina (former BATA President) invited all the sponsors on to the stage. Ravi Tax Services was the Grand sponsor and others included Swagat Indian Cuisine, Peacock restaurants, Scopus Consulting, ITU, Shree Jewelers, You Smile Dental, Vibha Collections, India Fresh grocery.  Prasad thanked all the sponsors for their continued support and also introduced other members of the marketing team Kalyan Kattamuri and Ramesh Konda  who were instrumental with sponsorships. 


There were trade booths (clothing, Jewelry, food etc) and they sponsored many exciting raffle prizes including Nexus 7, Gold Coin (Macs Coins), Designer Sarees and  other gifts. The prime time program stared with Singer Sunitha coming on to the stage amid thunderous response from the audience. Sunitha greeted every one and started the program with a devotional song .  

Sri Krishna joined Sunitha and they both sang super hit songs one after the other like “Chengavi Rangu Cheera”, Aaresuko boye” “Gopi Lola”, “Andam Gaa Lena”, “Aadinchu Asta Chemma”, “ Gannu Lanti Kannu Lunna”,  “Medley of super duper hit songs”  and finale was “Vedam Anuvanuna Naadam “. Young talented singers Sai Shilpa and Sai Charan performed exceptionally well and ably supported the program. 


The comedy duo from popular TV show “Zabardast” Rakesh and Trinadh performed comedy skits and the audience could not stop their laughter and thoroughly enjoyed the program.  The moment everyone eagerly waited has arrived, with popular actress, Livewire and TV anchor Udaya Bhanu entered on the stage. She greeted every one and started with her trade mark witty comments. Udaya Bhanu involved the audience with various games both for kids and adults. Every one thoroughly enjoyed the program and it was very well received. Speaking on the occasion BATA President Kamesh Malla thanked the audience for attending in large numbers and making the program a grand success. Kamesh also thanked all the artists for putting together a fabulous show.

Deepika Venkis Fan

After sharing screen space with South superstar Rajinikanth in Kochadaiyaan and having a blockbuster Chennai Express under her belt, Deepika Padukone is the most sought-after actress in South filmdom. Not so long ago, she had been considered for Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh 2. But somehow things didn't materialize. 

Deepika, who was in Hyderabad to promote her upcoming Hindi film Ram Leela, said that she love to be part of a Telugu film. "I didn't get any offers yet. If I get any interesting offer, I'd definitely consider doing it. Since I hail from Bangalore, my language (Kannada) is close to Telugu and I share a great bond with Hyderabad as I shot for many of my films, ads here." That's not all. 

Not many knew that Venkatesh Daggubati is her favourite star in Telugu. She said that she would love to pair up with him if she gets an offer. It takes a lot of guts and a great body for any heroine to show her sexy side and right now it looks like Shruti Haasan has been sending some strong vibes regarding that.  This is happening through her photo shoots which have shown the sultry side in her. However, that has not been the case in films. 

Whether it is the kind of roles she got or the mindset of the filmmakers that she is Kamal Haasan’s daughter, Shruti has been seen in conventional roles especially in south.  But by doing these hot photoshoots many feel Shruti is sending a strong message that she is ready for doing some sexy stuff.

There can be a slip between the cup and the lip.  Well, that’s what happened with milky beauty Tamanna. She ventured into Bollywood, but she has been labeled a flop actress.  Her recent films in Telugu Rebel and Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu have been flops.  That was when she got the offer to act with Mahesh Babu in Aagadu.  

But as per latest gossip in tinsel ville, all efforts are being made to make sure Tamanna walks out of the film.  Apparently, Srinu Vaitla and his team have already started looking out for another actress for the lead role. 

 It is also being said that Mahesh was not happy with the choice right from the beginning.  Once the new girl is finalized, Tamanna will have to back out of the project. Poor milky beauty! 

Anushaka Fell in Love with Cricketer

Yes, the news is that Anushka has fallen in love with a cricketer.  Well, she is not our leading lady but Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma.  The latest in tinsel ville is that she has become quite close to cricketer Virat Kohli.  

Industry sources insist that their love story has gone far.  Incidentally, the pair has also acted in a commercial together.  It is being rumoured that their intimacy increased following the shoot.  But the gossip does not end here. Samantha Now Demanding Rs 2 Crores

Another news from the Film Nagar is that the Telugu industry’s most sought after heroine is demanding very high remuneration.  It has come into hearing that Samantha has demanded Rs 2 crore to act opposite Bellamkonda Srinivas, son of Bellamkonda Suresh.

Doosukrltha is Going Nicely

Manchu Vishnu’s Doosukeltha movie has earned good remarks from the ace directors Dasari Narayana rao, Srinu Vaitla, Srivas, B.Gopal and Nageswara Reddy, who watched the movie in a special screening show held exclusively for them. According to Vaitla, the first half is terrific and the second of is very much gripping than the first half. He is quite impressed with the thrilling stunt scene in the climax and the dialogues between lead pair. 

 Vishnu’s performance and dances are marvelous, opines Vaitla. All the directors have given good remarks for the right mix of action, comedy, romance in the film. They are very much surprised to see the way the story is presented with surprising twists and the marvelous comedy track played by ace comedian Brahmanandam. Manchu Lakshmi, who played cameo in the movie, also earned appreciations for her marvelous performance.

Doosukeltha is going to delight the audiences in the festive session and definitely going to be a milestone in Vishnu’s career. This film is releasing on 17th of October worldwide.This film is directed by Veeru Potla and produced by Mohan babu under 24 Frames Factory banners. Lavanya Tripati is pairing with Vishnu in this movie.

Mahesh Aagadu Story..

Super Star Mahesh Babu’s next movie, Aagadu is all set to go on floors very soon. The script work of the Movie is almost done. Mahesh Babu will be donning Police role in the movie. The story reportedly will be set in Anantapur district and the actor will be talking in Rayalaseema slang. 

However, the movie is not a full action film but will have enough dosage of Vaitla’s kind of entertainment. Mahesh’s constable troop will have many recognized comedians and the comedy track will be a highlight in the movie.

Mahesh is currently busy with the shooting of his latest movie 1-Nenokkadine. The launch of the movie was supposed to take place last week but was cancelled in the last minute due to Srihari’s untimely death. The regular shooting of the movie will begin from November 9th and the entire shooting will be canned in India itself. The shooting will be all done in a single schedule and is targeted for Summer 2014 release.

The recent release ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ has turned out to be a super hit and one of the leading ladies Praneetha is on cloud nine. Well, pairing up with someone like Pawan Kalyan is no joke so Praneetha is now waiting desperately to give the golden turn to her career. Hailing from Bangalore, Praneetha’s parents are doctors and she made her debut into films with the Kannada version of ‘Pokiri’. 

Later, she was seen in Tollywood with films like ‘Bava’ alongside Siddharth but they flopped. So she returned to Sandalwood and did her flicks. However, ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ is a big break to Praneetha’s career. With this film’s outcome, the lusty eyed beauty is reportedly waiting that she would now get chances to pair with the likes of Mahesh Babu, Jr NTR, Ravi Teja and others. In film industry the competition is very high and in the segment of heroines it is double. That is why the starlets have to be on alert at all times else there is a big queue waiting behind to grab that chance. This is something even Tamannah may have realized recently after this incident. It is heard that these days Tammu has become very strict when it comes to her remuneration regarding films or brand endorsements.  

As part of that, the milky white beauty was reportedly approached by Chennai Shopping Mall to be their brand ambassador.  It is heard that remuneration was the issue. Since there was a difference of ten lakhs coming in, Tammu reportedly rejected it. 

 Meanwhile, Kajal Agarwal who has been trying hard for brand endorsements reportedly approached Chennai Shopping Mall folks through another deal and grabbed the deal at their cost.  Well, that way, this saucy seductress gets to be seen in traditional sarees and at the same time, huge publicity will happen to her through ads and hoardings.  Did Tammu miss out on a good chance then?

With the film 'Attarintiki Daredi', the sentiment has become stronger. Yes, we are talking about Samantha. 

When a journalist asked, "Average budget films may not work for you like Eto Vellipoyindi Manasu and Jabardasth", Samantha answered, "The big and small factor will be decided basing on the success rate of the film. Had the films Jabardasth and Eto Vellipoyindi Manasu were hits, even they would have tagged as big films. Since they couldn't, they are being tagged as average budget films". 

She concluded saying, "I am very happy for seeing all of my films as super hits. For the Sashi I played in Attarintiki Daredi, I am getting huge laurels. I could get the chance to do comedy with this role. I've become Power Star Pawan Kalyan's fan. I want to act with him soon". 

Kajol..High Remuneration

The segment of heroines is quite tough and it is very hard for a beauty to stand up for long. Among such situation, the position of Kajal Agarwal is quite intact not just in Tollywood but also in Kollywood.  However, in the recent past it was observed that Kajal has not been seen with offers. In this aspect, the talk was that Kajal is charging extremely high and that’s why she is losing out.  For now, she has two Tamil projects. 

But then, responding to the talk Kajal reportedly said that she has raised her remuneration very meagre on par with market standards. She reportedly added that when heroines who came after her are charging crores of rupees what is the harm if she raises her remuneration by few hundreds.  She has reportedly clarified that she is saying no to those roles which require her to do seminude scenes.  

She reportedly alleged that it is those filmmakers whom she rejected which are going out and spreading false talk about her. Let us hope Kajal is reasonable with her fee then. 

Samantha.. Double Delight

The Madras beauty Samantha started off with a bang in 2013 when she came up with the film ‘Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ during Sankranthi.  Now, this lovely smile beauty is going to give a double dhamaka for Dasara. Already Samantha has arrived with ‘Attarintiki Daredi’. In a week’s time she is going to be seen with the film ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’.  

If she manages to earn Rs 50 crores at the box office through these two films then she will create a new record of becoming the only heroine to give three hits more than 50 crores in the same year. Despite the fact that Shruti Haasan, Tamannah and Kajal are giving tough competition, Samantha has been keeping her position intact.  

Buzz is that even filmmakers are first checking with Samantha for her dates and only then they are approaching other heroines.  The craze she has right now can sustain her career for two more years so it is going to be a big challenge for the other heroines to bring Samantha down.

Nayanatara Dream Role

Nayantara, who has been in news for both right and wrong reasons all these years, says that she loves to act in the role of Anarkali as that's her dream. In fact, Nayanatara could get the historical role of Goddess Seetha in the film 'Sri Ramarajyam' though she appeared in bikinis in Tamil Billa earlier and also in alleged lip lock pics with Simbu on internet. She got rare respect for acting as Seetha. 

But now she says that her dream role is Anarkali and ready to act if anyone plans for it. Indeed, at this juncture where the budget of the films are hitting the skies with huge remunerations and promotion costs, it is indeed not an easy task to make a film like 'Saleem Anarkali' with expensive set properties and huge casting. It can happen again only in Bollywood. Nayan! Focus on Bollywood if you wish to quench your desire. 

Pawan Asked Who is Chiru?

Pawan Kalyan Asked Who is Chiranjeevi? Is it surprising To You. But This is not Real conversation This Reel Conversation. This Dailauge from Pawan Newly Release Attarintiki Daredi. From the time Chiranjeevi merged his PRP with Congress, speculations were rife about differences between him and his brother Pawan Kalyan. The gossips have been on since then and though some groups quashed that as a rumour and asserted everything is fine here is something which might change their opinion. It is heard that Pawan has come up with a satire on Chiru in his new movie 'Attarintiki Daredi'. 

This is in the form of a conversation between him and senior comedian M S Narayana. Here is how the dialogue flow goes- Seeing a scene from Chiranjeevi’s Gang Leader on TV, the conversation between Pawan and MS goes like this:- Pawan: "eeyana evaru?" MS: "Chiranjeevi ani.." Pawan: " Acting baane chesthunnaadu. Ippudem chesthunnaaru?" MS: "maanesaaru sir" Pawan : "Yenduku?" MS: "vaallabbayi chesthunnaadu" With Pawan casually asking who Chiru is, it seems to convey he doesn't really seem to give that regard and respect to his Annayya like before. It remains to be seen how the hardcore Chiru fans are going to react to this. 

Kats Changed Her Preference

Hrithik Roshan's break from the set of Bang Bang, post his brain surgery, had Katrina Kaifsitting at home. Fortunately, she wasn't exactly twiddling her thumbs because she kept herself busy with her multiple endorsement shoots. She also had some important family occasions to attend, like her sister's wedding in England.

But the fact of the matter is, she spent a good three months of her life away from the studios.

In this interim period, several important professional developments took place. Kat signed Abhishek Kapoor's Fitoor with Sushant Singh Rajput. More importantly, she bagged Anurag Basu's Jagga Jasoos with her beauRanbir Kapoor.

All of a sudden, there is a clamour for Katrina's dates again. The actress and her team are currently in the process of sorting out her dates. But a source told us that Kat will start shooting for JJ in November. And here arises the problem.

Hrithik told us that he had kept himself free for the next schedule ofBang Bang from November 15. Alas, Kat is reportedly unavailable during this time since she will be in the thick of the JJ schedule with Ranbir. Since 80% of scenes in Bang Bang have Hrithik and Kat, it's imperative that they shoot together.

Sources from the production house now say that Hrithik has requested that he be allowed to join the Bang Bang schedule from the end of November because he wants to hit the gym with a vengeance before he joins them.

And, in a sense, this decision of his has ostensibly averted the November clash. It is also said that Hrithik and Katrina will shoot for around 12 days in December, after which she will start with the promotion of her Christmas action thriller.

Vidya Balan is Lady Detective

Vidya Balan, who is known for her strong roles, is joining the league of Bollywood detectives. 'The Dirty Picture' actress will be seen playing the role of a detective in a film titled 'Bobby Jasoos'.

Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor ('Jagga Jasoos') and Sushant Singh Rajput ('Byomkesh Bakshy') are also turning sleuth for their respective films.

Reviving her friendship with actress-turned-producer Dia Mirza and her fiance Sahil Sangha, the film will be produced under their banner Born Free Entertainment.The script is written by Sanyukta Chawla and is to be directed by Samar Shaikh.

The film will go on floor in mid-November and is set for a summer 2014 release.

Beauties Ready To Step Into Bollywood

They are picture perfect and they are all trying to fit into the Bollywood frame. Foreign beauties are enjoying a popular spell in Hindi films and also on TV now. Katrina Kaif started an epoch of foreign imports in Bollywood. The half Kashmiri half British glam queen has ruled audience fantasy for a decade now and her phenomenal rise soon saw filmmakers go hunting for other exotic beauties.

Almost every new girl with a foreign connect is invariably compared to Katrina in terms of look, body language and sex appeal, the latest being Elena Kazan and Elli Avram. While the new lot also includes Lauren Gottlieb, Hazel Keech, Kristina Akheeva and Evelyn Sharma, the likes of Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Bruna Abdullah, Barbara Mori and Claudia Ciesla, who came in a while back, have seen mixed luck.Learning Hindi is the biggest hurdle. The first things all these girls do is get a coach for language and accent. However, as has been evident with Katrina, an outsider may learn the language technically but she could still be struggling to get the expressions right.

Knowledge of Hindi, though, has never been a hurdle in Bollywood. Long before the foreign influx, talented heroines like Sridevi and Jaya Pradha were regularly dubbed because they were uncomfortable with Hindi.

When Katrina Kaif made her debut with the 2003 dud Boom as the film's third heroine after Madhu Sapre and Padma Lakshmi, not many imagined the superstardom she'd achieve in 10 years.

Mentored by rumoured ex-boyfriend Salman Khan initially, Katrina primarily clicked for two reasons. First, she redefined Bollywood glamour with her half-Kashmiri, half-British appeal. And despite being a stranger to Hindi films initially and not knowing the language, she was quick to grasp what works. Her impressive success rate prove as much. Another aspect, she realised mastering would help, was dance. 

Coming up are Dhoom 3, Bang Bang, Fitoor, Kabir Khan's next, and Jagga Jasoos next with Ranbir Kapoor.  Hazel shot to fame playing Kareena Kapoor's best friend in Bodyguard but hasn't had much luck since then. The UK-bred aspirant did some dance numbers in regional films besides the Aa ante Amalapuram item in Maximum. Like Katrina initially, Hazel has been mentored by Salman Khan. Current project: Hazel returns to limelight as a contestant on Bigg Boss 7. So far: After Bodyguard, she shifted base to southern films. She did a cameo in the Tamil hit Billa before trying to return to Bollywood with her Maximum item number.

Lauren Gottlieb

Lauren was already a celebrity in the US before coming to Bollywood. She became a star on the popular reality dance show, So You Think You Can Dance.

Current project: She is busy with rampwalking jobs at fashion shows.

So far: She acted in ABCD: Any Body Can Dance. Her stint on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa has made her a star.

Elli Avram  

Elli is Greece-bred and has inherited the acting bug from her mother, noted actress Maria Granlund. She makes her debut on the silver screen in October with Mickey Virus opposite Manish Paul.

Current project: Elli is busy wrapping up her Bollywood debut film Mickey Virus, scheduled to open next month and is making waves as a participant on Bigg Boss season 7.

So far: Elli struggled in Bollywood briefly and did the rounds of the studios auditioning for roles. She has finally managed to bag a starring role in Mickey Virus, which marks the film debut of television star Manish Paul. While the film is set to release in October, Elli is currently enjoying her stint on Bigg Boss 7.

Evelyn Sharma

Half-Indian, half-German Evelyn started off with small-time modelling assignments and music videos.

Current project: Evelyn has an interesting role in Yaariyaan, the directorial debut of Bhushan Kumar's wife Divya Kumar.

So far: Although her debut act in From Sydney With Love went unnoticed, Evelyn shot to fame earlier this year with an interesting role as a vacuous PYT in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. She also had strong supporting roles in Nautanki Saala and Issaq.

Elena Kazan

Russian model Elena started out with a Bengali film, Clerk, in 2010. A cameo in Agent Vinod went unnoticed.

Current project: Elena is awaiting the release of Prague, a horror flick co-starring Chandan Roy Sanyal.

So far: Elena starred opposite Randeep Hooda in John Day, a revenge thriller starring Naseeruddin Shah. Not much came of it since the film tanked.

Kristina Akheeva

Russian beauty Kristina has done several modelling projects in the past and was finally noticed by the Deols who gave her a break earlier this year.

Current project: Kristina is right now focussing on modelling. She has been busy rampwalking at sundry fashion shows even as she awaits her next Bollywood offer.

Akkineni Nageswara Rao (born 20 September 1923) is a prominent Indian film actor and producer, predominantly in the Telugu language. From paddy fields, he strode into the field of fine arts through theatre. He became a famous stage artiste, specialising, surprisingly, in playing female characters,^[1] because women at that time were prohibited from acting. Some of the famous plays he acted in were Harishchandra, Kanakatara, Vipranarayana, Telugu Talli, Aasajyoti and Satyanveshanam.^[2] Subsequently, he was discovered, by chance, by the then prominent film producer, Ghantasala Balaramaiah, at the Vijayawada railway station. He was then cast in the film, Dharmapatni. Since then, Nageswara Rao has starred in several films of various genres during his unparalleled 71-year acting career. He was honored with the Padma Vibhushan, India's second highest civilian honour for his contribution to Indian cinema, and is the recipient of the Dada Saheb Phalke Award, the highest individual lifetime achievement award for films in India.

Akkineni Nageswara Rao was the youngest of 5 brothers born into a poor family on 20 September 1924 at Ramapuram, Krishna District.^[1] His parents, Akkineni Venkatratnam and Akkineni Punnamma were from the farming community. His formal education was limited to primary schooling due to his parents' poor economic conditions.

The farm boy, who never imagined that he would cross the borders of his village or district, toured all over the world as an ambassador of art and culture. 

Among other things, Nageswara Rao is credited for influencing Telugu film producers and creating a base for Telugu films in Hyderabad. The Telugu film industry in its early days was based out of Madras (now Chennai) in Tamil Nadu. The new state of Andhra Pradeshwas carved out from the Madras Presidency on 1 November 1956 and several leaders opined that in order to create a separate identity for the Telugu film industry, it had to be based out of Hyderabad, the capital of Andhra Pradesh. ANR was one of the first actors of that period who insisted on moving the Telugu film center from Chennai to Hyderabad. He established his own 22 acre production studio/house, Annapurna Studios in the heart of Hyderabad, to facilitate this
